Starbucks

I am giving this Starbucks 1 star not because of there coffee but there service, not all but most of there employees are not friendly. Lines are long service takes forever. Drive thru is even a longer wait! This is my last resort for a Starbucks.

I love Starbucks coffee. Every location I go to has great, friendly, PROMPT service. Except this one! I only go here because I am shopping along route 2. I avoid this one when I can. Today I was 4^th in the drive thru line to place my order, with 5 cars between the window and the order taker. So, I’m 9^th overall. I waited 7 minutes and still hadn’t reached the order taker. I said screw this I’ll just go inside. Of course, there was a line. I waited even longer inside and the car that was behind me in drive thru got their order before I did. Not a happy camper.
This place is always SO SLOW!!! Has been for YEARS! What is the problem?! Every other Starbucks I have been too (RI, NH, NY, MA) have had superb service. Calling this location subpar is kind. Management take notice-​make this place better!

This Starbucks location continues to be the one that makes me cringe every time I visit. Why you ask? Because the service can run between marginally acceptable to horrific! Either the staff is chatting among themselves and will get to you when they complete their socializing or the Drive Thur window orders are more important. Typically there is a 3:1 ratio in orders fulfillment Drive Thur vs. Walk in. So the Walk in customer is watching the barista flings ice everywhere while your over priced Latte waits to be prepared. Why do I come to this location you ask? Because it is 10 minutes from my house. So normally after two horrific visits I switch to the East Greenwich or Garden City Starbucks to confirm it is just this location with the issue.
I am lucky enough to be able to travel around the world. And I can honestly say I get better service in a Starbucks in China where no one speaks English. As a Starbucks stock holder this is embarrassing and unacceptable. I have drafted a letter to the corporate office in the hope they will change the management at this location.

I recently visited this Starbucks on a Sunday to get away from the distractions of my home, put on some headphones, and get to studying. This was no quiet coffee shop. The size of the work area spanned the length of one of the walls and the workers were extremely loud. For some reason, at noon on a Sunday the drive-​up window was extremely busy, and the woman making drinks for those in the drive-​thru completed four different orders for those in the drive through before beginning mine. I was almost at the point of asking if they had forgotten about my order. The dine-​in area began to fill up and I considered this study area a lost cause and ended up finding my way over to the Warwick Public Library (
) which opened at 1pm on a Sunday.

Drive thru: The waitress over the intercom was very nice and didn’t rush our order. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated. However I’d wait for a delicious frappachino any day.
After the long wait the manager gave us a $ 4 gift card without us asking!

Absolutely gorgeous store. Interior with plenty of seating area large drive-​through area many people working service customers for outstanding service and friendliness by the staff

Excellent service. Great atmosphere and plenty of space to accommodate whatever you might be working on during your visit. Good variety of table space for working, comfortable chairs for reading or chatting and high top tables for private conversations.
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Will often do special things seasonally or near holidays (Christmas, St. Patrick’s Day etc.)
Starbucks rewards honored here simply and consistently.
Staff willing to accommodate where needed in drink or or food needs or dietary preference.
Drive thru available.
