Couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received from ms Emily! She was very patient and understanding of our needs. I never get pressured to buy or that we were wasting her time by just browsing. Due to the customer service, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE, we walked out of there with a new bed! She offered everything from Frame to Sheets and explained how to take care of our new investment! Thank you ms Emily you know how bad I needed this and I can’t wait to get a nights rest!

We had a very negative experience. We were told they would remove the old mattress when bringing the new one. When it was delivered there was no removal order so I asked them to wait while I called the salesperson. They refused to wait all of 3 minutes. When I contacted Emily, the salesperson she said if they already left she would have to charge us and they would not be able to come back until 2 days later. I called customer service, spent about 45 minutes on the phone and got no results. I would never shop there again. In such a competitive business one would think they would be more accommodating. I also intend to call the Better Business Bureau.
