Mike did an excellent job inspecting the home I am considering purchasing. Despite my general contracting knowledge, he was able to point out things I had not noticed during my initial viewing. He was happy to have me follow him around the property and encouraged me to ask questions. He did not try to make anything sound scary or daunting. He simply stated what was easy to do for a DIYer and what may or may not need to be applied towards further negotiation or be executed by a qualified contractor. He was on time, personable and efficient. The report arrived sooner than expected and was very well laid out and detailed. I recommend him to anyone considering purchasing a home. The small amount of money is well worth the knowledge you gain about the property.

I showed up to the property a little late and discovered Mike in the basement with my agent looking at the boiler. After letting me know he had already gone over the exterior, his partner was already in the attic, and that everything would be documented in the report with pictures. He offered to take me through it again which I took him up on. I really appreciated that.
Mike takes you through just about everything with clear explanations and recommendations for repairs. For instance the seller had the electrical listed at 200 amps. Upon inspection Mike found that it was 150 amps. Not a huge deal but he let me know what kind of limitations that could put on future additions. Very helpful.
Everything took about an hour, Mike said I would have the report by noon. It was in my inbox by 10:45a. Impressive all the way around. Worth every penny. Hope this is helpful

Mike arrived to the inspection early and began inspecting the outside of the house while he waited for us. When he arrived he showed my husband what needed attention outside and was able to head inside quickly. He an his partner spent over an hour in the inside of the house conducting a thorough inspection. He researched some items our home insurance needed confirmation on which was not in the scope of his job. He and his partner also provided us helpful tips such as an easy way to get additional storage space above the garage. We received the report within a few hours and it included information on whether or not any of our appliances had been recalled. I feel really comfortable with the inspection he provided us.
