Went to Kaytes on a Friday to see if they could locate a particular truck. They took my information and asked me to come back the next day. I went back the next day and they located a truck I wanted. We worked out all the financial and I gave a $ 500.00 deposit. They said they would have it by Monday or Tuesday. Monday they told me it was sold and I had to pick another truck. I stopped at Rte 23 Automall on my way home and there was the exact truck they had told me was sold. So I bought from Rte 23. Drove it home that night. I have been calling and emailing to get my $ 500 deposit refunded and they haven’t yet. They say today that they can’t do it on a Saturday. This place is a joke. They have no enthusiasm to sell cars. Dont waste your time. Go to a real dealership.
