I was not a patient here and I am not from the area originally, but I had a small eye emergency and going to the walk in was just not going to cut it. I called them around 10am on a Wednesday to see if they had any openings. They made me an 11:15 appointment right away so I immediately felt relieved. I walked in and filled out paperwork and was seen by the doctor promptly. The only complaint I have is maybe the receptionists should not conduct their gossip while patients are around!
