One case in specific, my buyer was having an issue with her previous home, it had been flagged as a foreclosure and wasn’t. He’s always accessible, a great resource for me and my clients… Answering contract specific questions, helping negotiate with the sellers etc. One case in specific, I had the buyer and the seller was extremely difficult. They wouldn’t respond to correspondence in a timely fashion, wouldn’t respond to specific requests and were dragging their feet. Nick helped with the specific wording on the contract and addendums to ensure we were protecting my buyers interest.
