Had a beautiful ARE cap installed on my Ram the other day. From the first phone call to the install they were awesome. Patient, helpful and knowledgable. My wife actually had to go for the install due to schedules and they hit their promised time for install of the cap, LED wiring and a pack of 12v plugs.
Each person I dealt with over the phone was very good. I would not hesitate to recommend Cap City or to purchase there again.

I bought a bed liner from them about year and half ago. At the end of winter I noticed a few holes in the liner.
I drove there today so that I could put a claim into the manufacturer not the vendor. They refused to file the claim. The old, curly hair man started yelling at me and said he didn’t care about Unilocal.He said my opinion and other peoples’ opinions mean nothing to him. I believe his quote was, «it meant zero to him.» He actually came back to my truck to tell me that statement.
Once again all I wanted was for them to put a claim in with the manufacturer. Let the manufacturer say no. I was not even given that opportunity. Manufacturer Warranty means nothing at this business.
