I close my account in November. When I attempted to close they requested information showing that I had new insurance. I do not feel that they have a right to do that, I have a right to close for any reason and if there are consequences with that I can deal with it. However, I did get my new agent to call them and confirm, as well as sent paperwork twice. They stopped my next payment and told me they would cancel my account. They did not. I got a letter in December saying my account was closed due to non payment. Then in December they withdrew 2 payments. This has caused over $ 800 to be missing from my account. Do not use this company.
