My kiln wasn’t venting properly and Jon and Sue were very thorough in checking out my kiln, diagnosing the problem and doing the repairs. They know their stuff, are true pros and take pride in their work. On top of that they are a delight to work with. I recommend them highly!

Jon and Susan were so helpful and friendly! They installed my brand-​new kiln so carefully, and made sure everything was hooked up and worked properly, and they even took away all the packaging materials. They really know their stuff, and checked and double-​checked to make sure everything was just perfect. I highly recommend them!
