This so called long term care facility is on the National Watch list according to the US Dept for Health and Human services and CMS, for causing actual bodily harm to a patient. A Family member of mine was here for just over 2 weeks. He was in a coma like state, and yet he «fell» out of bed TWICE in a week. The place is dirty; the staff doesn’t care at all about the people living here.
My family member was rushed to hospital, and has since passed away. They did not even call to ask how he is doing while he was in hospital. Please do NOT send a family member here. They only care about being paid from Medicaid or Medicare.
