The service was stellar! The food, delivered with unprecedented speed. This would be a 5 STAR JOINT except for the sides. Here goes…
It should be noted that they have yet to get their 3-​way liquor license but the beer and wine selections looked great. I was driving so I passed on a drink but did enjoy a delightful lemonade sweetened with honey.
I started with a Flight of Bacon. My goodness… if you love bacon, you will LOVE this appetizer. Smoked bacon, chipotle raspberry and a thyme infused bacon. It was complimented with a fried buttermilk biscuit and creamed honey.
The main course was AMAZING!!! Strog of Genius. Tender braised beef, egg noodles, mushroom cream sauce, sour cream and focaccia. That’s the official description. It was presented in a bowl with a smeared bed of sour cream, the mushroom cream sauce and noodles and that wonderful braised beef on top. The only reason for the four stars… terrible offering of sides. I chose to go with a main course item with starch… the only options for sides… more starch. Needed carrots or any green veggie.
I had to leave in a rush for a business issue so I missed desert. I will return… it was a great dining experience.

The lemonade is crazy awesome ! Good choice of sandwiches ! A small place near the center lake! Check out on their timings!

Authentic farm to table in Warsaw!
I live near Denver and love farm to table restaurants. One Ten Craft Meatery hits the sweet spot on the farm to table genre and does so without a stuffy façade. Great people. Warm service and amazing food!
I had a chef salad with several of their meat preparations on top — grilled chicken, farm ham and amazingly savory lamb bacon… it came with a house made tomato dressing that was unmistakably fresh and bright… I highly reccomend it. Added a cup of today’s soup — chicken noodle. It was Hardy and tastey… everything I had was over the top good. These guys have nailed it.

Slightly pricy but great food! I had ‘The Brown’ and it was super juicy and just the right amount of char around the edges. So flavorful! You could tell the meat was fresh and healthy. The duck fries were also a nice surprise, paired with the homemade ketchup!
