SAVI Sales & Installation

I never leave reviews but in this case I feel I should. SAVI installed an alarm in my house and left the panel offset and dirty. They did come back out and fix it. My window sensor malfunctioned several weeks after the install and went off at all hours of the day and night. I contacted SAVI and they advised me they were en route from the Birmingham area to my house. Well four hours later they show up when I am leaving for a funeral. I contacted SAVI and advised them I was going out of town and wanted the alarm fixed before I left and the response I got was «ok.» They never called at all to fix my alarm. I sent a message to SAVI by text wanting a refund so I could pay another company to fix the problem and the response I got was shocking and completely uncalled for. They called me an inappropriate name and used profanity which I feel is terrible customer service. I will never use SAVI again and will tell my friends and family to go elsewhere.

It’s not often I give a review but have to with this company. Good people.
