Warrington Pizza

This review is more about their delivery and customer service than the food. Last night we called in a pizza order for delivery. I gave my card for payment. First issue– guy taking the order was reciting my card numbers out loud. NO! Second issue — we were told delivery would be 30 mins. 50 minutes later I call to ask what’s going on. The guy barely speaks to me, mumbles something about «he left a long time ago» and hangs up. A minute later the delivery guy calls and says he has been walking around and around our development and can’t find us (my entrance is located inside a courtyard). We go outside, find him and take the ICE cold box from his hands (below 30 degrees out). Pizza feels like it’s been refrigerated. I call the shop back and tell them that even though we tipped the driver, this pizza is ice cold. He then tells me the type of pizza we ordered is never really hot!!! No apology. Wasn’t looking for a free pizza, just an acknowledgement. Never got that. So next time we try one of the new pizza shops that have opened up cause no one should pay top dollar ($ 21) for an ice cold pizza.

Went here after a friend recommended we try. It’s been a long time since I have been impressed by a pizza place. I am impressed with this place. Great tasting coal fire baked pizza is fabulous. Great service as well. The place is clean and inviting. Wonderful experience. Will be back again!

This place is absolutely amazing. It has changed and for absolute better. The food is priced extremely reasonable but the quality is superb. Tried half of their menu by now and it is delicious. The only thing that could be a bit better are their wings but if you are a pizza or a sandwich person, you are not going to regret trying this place.

I have had good experiences everytime we go. I like the variety, the coal fired pizza is really good and they also offer a gluten free option which is good for my wife.

Pizza is at the lower end on the pricing scale.
A couple of years ago they move a couple of doors down the block into a much better location. They raised the prices to cover the cost of the newly renovated location.
The pizza is fine but not exceptional. I go there when I could not be bothered cooking. They deliver for free (tips expected). They have a great selection of beer in 6 packs.

Pizza was ok but temperature of the restaurant was heated to 62… outside temp was 55. Why eat at a place where you need to wear a jacket?

I will never go back to this establishment. Me and my girlfriend went in and she ordered the baked ziti and it came out weird and not melted and she had it there before and it wasn’t like that and she brought it to their attention and since she wasn’t going to eat it asked for her money back and the entire staff gathered around her and berated her and told her she was wrong and there was nothing wrong with it and that’s how they always made it and they refused to give her money back or something different and made her cry and she had been going to this place very often and knew she was a good customer and still refused to fix the problem.

I really like their salads, especially the buffalo chicken and cheese steak ones. They give a lot of extra dressing on the side. It’s worth it to get the large.

Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Buffalo chicken pizza was so bad we tossed it in the trash. Crust was like rubber on the plain pizza. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Food was horrible. Wings were dry, not enough blue cheese. Slow. Asked for them to send us a menu, they didn’t. Wld not order from again.

just had my second take out meal here, and within 3 months they got the order wrong again. Asked for a cbeesesteak pizza, got a BLT pizza becuz I was told IT WAS THE SAME PIZZA. I don’t recommend this place since it was sold to another local pizza king (not italian) last may2013 forgettaboutit plz!!!

Sadly, the place has changed hands I believe? It’s not my favorite now. Usually the pizza is burnt, which is sadly very upsetting considering it used to the best. We now go down the road to the other pizzeria.

The service was awfu! They lost my order and the girl working the register told me I can come back tomorrow or go some where else. She could not care less that she messed up. I will not be going back and do not recommend it!

I love their pizza. They have a big selection of gourmet pizzas. My favorite is bruschetta. Atmosphere is just your basic pizza parlor. I know their sandwiches are really good. Their chicken Italiano sandwich is really good

Great Pizza and beer. What could be better. Really though, there is a large selection of pizza and beer for take out or consume in.
