The lady at the kitchen design center was so arrogant and condescending, she inspired me to resurface an old countertop using materials purchased online at one tenth the cost and trouble of buying a new one.

Mike, in lumber, was extremely helpful! I wanted to build an ottoman, but wasn’t really sure where to begin. I figured I’d just check out prices and whatnot, but soon became overwhelmed with the large selection that I know little about. Mike must have seen my bewildered face and offered to help. He walked me through the isles to pick out the right material for my project and even helped me figure out measurements and then cut the wood to size. Plus he helped me pick out the correct hardware. Thanks to his genuine customer service, my project is complete! (Pics to follow)

Lowes Warrington delivered stainless steel washer with lots of scratches on the top and these scratches were covered with instruction paper stick on top of it (think was done on purpose), unfortunately i removed the paper and found the scratches under it on 31st day, i spoke to manager, she was not helpful and want me to contact manufacture. i would never go to this store.
