Nice chain restaurant. Place is clean and the staff is friendly. Food was cooked well and orders were correct. Bit of advice go early on weekends it gets crowded and will only become busier as Warrington builds up.

Service is great, I believe that manager himself served us and I loved his service. Food was brought put on time and was delicious. Haven’t been here in a while but good to be back

Amazing customer service and great food. Had a steak come cooked incorrectly tonight and the manager more than made up for it. He guaranteed we’ll keep coming back with that level of sincerity and going above and beyond to keep us happy.

When I marked in a check in at this place, the first question that came up to me was — what VEGETARIAN food can you get in a steakhouse?!
But friends, it’s really a cool place to try out some of the vegetarian dishes too — just that they are orders of side :-)
Their roasted whole carrots looks yummy in the menu picture. But don’t get fooled. It could not have been fully roasted — you might very well be landing up biting into some raw hard pieces of it. But hey, it’s thankfully still a carrot I say!
Parmesan roasted asparagus — excellent. But the dipping sauce didn’t go well. I had to down it with regular ketchup.
Rice pretty clean and good. No complaints here.
Idaho loaded potatoes — mostly standardized and felt good without the excessive salting
Complimentary bread roll — pretty soft and clean. The butter on the sides is good too.
Ambience is good. Noise levels are average. Good for groups as well as individuals.

Went here on a Saturday night, the wait was terribly long and when my friend and I got seated… it took forever to get our drinks we ordered. In fact, several waitresses came over and said «be right with you». We thought, they must be confused? Finally my friend received her margarita and my water. Then we just placed our orders right away, we waited super long for our food. We spent a total of 4 hours there, waiting to be seated and for our food.
Terrible experience, wouldn’t go back. I ordered Filet Mignon, a side of mushrooms and creamed spinach with Parmesan. The filet and spinach were good but the mushrooms were rubbery which made me think they were canned. YUCK! Couldn’t eat them.
Then when we were finished our meals and finally received our checks, my friend needed change for a $ 20 bill. She asked a waiter just standing there doing nothing near by if she could get change. He then reaches for his wallet to get change, she then says no I mean from the cash register.
WOW. LOL.

This is the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. I requested a medium cooked ribeye and ordered it to go. The person who took my order over the phone asked if I would want the bread as well and I indicated yes. Needless to say when I got back to my hotel after a long day of work I just wanted to eat a nice meal and relax. Well the steak was cooked well done tasted terrible and reminded me much like leather. To make matters worse I didn’t get my bread or any eating utensils. Further, I opened a Unilocal account just to leave a rating as people should be aware of such bad food.

Went for lunch. Ordered off the lunch and dinner menus. Prices on point with area.
Server really good (although it was a slow time period so hard to judge) Food excellent.
I’m not a fan of stuffed animal heads as part of the ranch décor. Most of the clientele were wearing camouflage and hunting caps. Too bad, we’d come more often if it were more a nice restaurant than a livestock eatery motif.
Oh dear. I used the term motif to describe a place wear people wear clothing used to hide and kill innocent unsuspecting animals. Maybe I don’t belong there after all.

Came in after work for some dinner, I always get the prime rib at Longhorns. Dinner was great but service was a bit slow and it wasn’t that busy.

Steak was cooked to perfection. Caesar salad and cream of spinach excellent too. Waitress was attentive. Enjoyed my meal.

I love this chain restaurant! The service at this location is great & food out of this world !
Filets are cooked perfectly & melt in your mouth. No steak sauce necessary!! Delicious bread & butter. All the apps I’ve tried are good too! Kids love the smoothies. This is our Go-​To Steakhouse!

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and I must say. It’s severely mid mismanaged.
Expect to wait at the register for a long time with out a host seating you. Be prepared to wait a long time before your server even comes to you for your drink order. Same with giving your order and waiting for it. And I was there when there wasn’t many people in there. So it’s not like it was super busy and they had an excuse. It was just very lackadaisical.
You may ask. Why is there a three star on this review? Also why I even went back a second time anyway? Cause plain and simple. The steak is done very well. When you ask for medium. They know what medium means and they make a very good steak.

Everything from our food to our service was perfect. Not a «chain» person; but this was excellent. The steak with mushrooms was cooked to perfection & the waiter (forget his name) was really great. Very accommodating to our two young children as well. Will return!

We are in from out of town (North Carolina). We love our Longhorns at home and this place is just as great! Awesome staff and wonderful food! Love it!

this lo action is a mess! went on a Saturday @ 12pm– the place was dead… yet it took 10 frickin minutes for someone to notice us at the door. really? and you want me to come here and eat? then to top it off, i ordered an expensive steak… rem this place is called long horn STEAK HOUSE. and guess what?! my steak was full of fat and grizzle! i ate one bite at that. the waitress saw this. did she care? NO did she ask? NO. take your money and go to ruby tuesday’s…so much better!

Went in this afternoon sat at the bar and and totally ignored by the bartender waited for 10 minutes at a empty bar ended up walking out! Service sucked!

Table of 9! Did the 30 minute call ahead and then had to wait 15 minutes so not terrible considering they told us when we called might have to wait an hour more.
We had two very nice attentive servers. The place was packed on a Saturday night as to be expected. Drinks were quick and app came out quick but one app was forgotten about and even after telling the server is still never came out. Yeah well no biggie.
Dinner was amazing! 8 plates came out perfect, one steak was burnt but quickly rectified. Kids enjoyed their time and their meals. Getting the check was a little painful but we got through it.
Birthday dinner was a success and I’ve decided to copycat some of the meals this week at home. Can’t wait to be back!

Awful service. My husband and I went for my 50^th birthday. Our waiter had the personality of a Zombie. Our steaks were improperly cooked, waiter forgot our side then brought out the wrong side. When he finally came to check on us, he brought us some sort of slop portraying potato’s au gratin. The manager seemed to be stalking the employees, probably micro managing. When we complained, we received a generic letter and a credit for $ 40.00. We will not be going there again. Texas Roadhouse top on the list.

Went with my wife and what a wonderful meal! Our waitress Jackie was great and very attentive her personality was fantastic!
Both T-​bone steaks were juicy tender and perfectly done! Baked potatoes were hot and done right served with extra butter delicious! We plan on going back over and over again!

Been here a few times for lunch and food is decent, but have always found service to be a little on the slow side, even though the place isn’t overly busy. The menu has your typical items like burgers, chicken, salads, and of course steaks. Usually I just go with the chicken sandwich for lunch and the food is OK, but certainly nothing special. It’s about on par with a Texas Roadhouse. I tend to like Outback a bit better.

Yeaaaah. This place is like the love child of Outback Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse. And if you’ve read my reviews, you’ll see I love Outback and kinda can’t stand Texas Roadhouse.
The country theme is just not — N O T — for me. Mah main squeeze wanted to dine at Longhorn, and I’ve never been here, so I was like «Okay, yeah I like steak.» I honestly wasn’t expecting to be staring at horse butts and cowboy boots all night long.
Well anyway, the service was exceptional. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgable. The manager was walking around to assure customers were finding their experience enjoyable (love it) and I told him it was our first time there. What he did next was magical… he welcomed us… thanked us for dining with them… and offered us FREE dessert. I love anything that falls under the free category as well as foods of the dessert variety, so that was most definitely appreciated.
But my food was just okay. I got Flo’s Filet with a side of sickeningly creamy mashed potato slop. Steak was good but I could definitely grill something just as good (if not better) at home. The man got a burger and fries, typical chain restaurant food.
My experience wasn’t a bad one. They definitely get props for great customer service. I’m just not into the ambience of the restaurant.
