Scott at Foreign Car INC did a great job on our aging Mercedes, but it now runs like new! He informed us of the work needed, options on priority, and finished it in a timely manner… Highly recommend these guys!

Be weary, this shop seems competent… but it only goes as far as the shop manager, not the techs. The front desk lady is rude at best and has no interest in you or your vehicle. My car has been serviced there multiple times and has always come back with issues leading me to bring it right back. My last visit lead to my cars engines timing chain snapping, which was one of the items I asked them to check. The owner only goes on to explain about a previous mis-diagnosed repair leading to failure and then goes on to claim no responsibility. In my opinion, this is one of the most unprofessional shops in the area for Mercedes, if you go here, expect a broken part to get repaired with JB weld and for no one to say anything to you about it and to have a head job leaking of oil crammed with rtv paste to «stop» the leak after the job was done. The only Mercedes shop worth going to in my experience is World Foreign in Richmond, VA if you have the time. Scott is amazing, but the shop and the owner is the worst, anyone can drive you home, only a professional can fix your car.

Simple shop. Waiting room could use an update to include a TV. The service was efficient, but the lady at the service desk is curt, rude and and unprofessional acting as though she was doing the customer a favor by even speaking. The one mechanic that spoke to me did carefully explain the repair. Get rid of that grumpy lady and this place would get another star.

They will treat you very politely and the shop manager, Scott Mesick, will bend over backwards for you. I have just showed up and had minor things repaired on the spot. Many places will make you wait or schedule for another day. I have been going here since 2003 taking my Mercedes and Honda SUV and Antique Jeep there for service and have never been ripped-off, up-sold or mistreated. However, they do mark up the parts a bit(@50−60%). However, they will use customer-purchased parts(w/out a stated guarantee). Many shops will not do this because they want to really make a extra profit margin in addition to high labor rates. I recommend going here if you want a truly, trouble-free repair experience. Their waiting area is clean and will pick up your car at your home for free if you are local. They will also subsidize a car rental from Warrenton Enterprise for approximately $ 25 per day.
