My furnace shut down. Precision had a man stop by my house that afternoon. The problem was quickly diagnosed, Sean fortunately had a replacement blower motor in his van and had my heating system back on line in less than two hours. I would happily give this experience five stars except for the price charged for the motor, which represented a 450% markup over the off the shelf price $ 380 vs $ 80). I consider this excessive and now feel as if I was ripped off. The service experience, however, was worthy of five stars.

I had a wood stove heated with it for years in my double wide manufactured home. It wouldn’t keep up in the middle of winter so I decided to try a ductless heat pump from Precision Heating. How does it work? Really great!!! It actually heats some of the outer rooms not just the core of my home.
Precision was right, this was the best system for my home. Installation was great, no mess, we are very warm and comfortable. Thanks guys!

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. They were the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. When our heat went out suddenly, we called them for service. After scheduling an appointment 48 hours later (did I mention we had NO HEAT?) they never showed up. When we called to find out where the repairman was, the woman who answered the phone told me they were busy and wouldn’t be coming. When I said that was unacceptable, she called me a b$%ch and told me to go elsewhere.
I’ve never seen anything like it. I filed a complain with the BBB and the business never responded. Clearly they don’t give a fig about customer service.
