We were referred to Firstcare to get orthotics for our daughters. Two months from the time they were casted, and we still have no orthotics. After a month of follow-up we received excuse after excuse. Each week we were told«they’ll be in next week.» While they continued to face delay after delay our daughters’ issues continued to progress. The excuses ran the spectrum from staffing issues to oven issues. Delays in producing a product are understandable as things certainly arise outside anyone’s control. But when a business continues to say«next week they’ll be in», by the third time hearing this you realize they’re not following through on their word.
