CVS/pharmacy

This Cvs pharmacy is poorly run. They have lost my boys prescriptions many times. I cannot even describe the level of rudeness I received the last few times by the same clerk. If you want awful costumer service coupled with not getting your prescription– this is your place.

This particular location is an embarrassment to the CVS name. When we moved to Warrenton I was excited to have a CVS close by that had a drive-​thru and was open 24 hours. Every single rx I have ever filled here I have had issues with. My prescriptions have never been filled on time rather I was waiting 20 min or I said I would come back in 2 days. Sometimes I waited days for them to tell me that my rx is not in stock. When asked why I wasn’t called they would say my phone number was incorrect in their system which is false bc I made sure they had it several times. As well they have billed my insurance wrong, &they have given me someone else’s rx twice. After my son had surgery I waited in the pharmacy for his RX. I let them know I was waiting and they told me it would be 20 min. I waited for close to an hour. i had waited and checked on the rx several times. The pharmacist told me she was busy & would get to it when she had time to get to it and I needed to be more patient. I told her i was promised 20 min, it’s been close to an hour, my son who was just discharged from hospital was in car & that I saw several people come in and dropped their prescriptions off, wait for them, pick their prescriptions up and leave. Her response was «And?». Completely shocked at how I was being treated I asked to speak to the lead pharmacist or manager. She responded that she was the pharmacist. That was my last trip to that CVS. Well today I filled a prescription @Walgreens that I normally had filled at CVS… Want to know my savings? $ 20. For rx @CVS where I was told there was no generic available and I had to pay $ 35 per my co-​pay, Walgreens let me know there is a generic available and my new co-​pay is $ 15. Much better service and much better prices at Walgreens. This CVS pharmacy has no class. I do have to say though I have had great experiences with the front store of the CVS. My negative experiences have always been with pharmacy
