I’ve called this place numerous times like the website requests. I’ve never got anyone on the!!! I called one day every 30 minutes. So after an extensive Google search I found out what time they opened only to find out that it’s basically open for birthday parties.

Very glad there was an open jump today for my energetic son while we were away from home. The equipment appeared to be well-maintained and clean, not always the case with this sort of place. Both sides were open, one dark and glowy and the other lit, as a spectrum parent I appreciated that. Each side offers 3 units, plenty together but I’d have been annoyed if we only had access to half, especially for the price which was higher than we usually see for similar establishments. Props to staff person Ali who works sensory jumps and helped our son through the challenging climbing web so that he could enjoy the long slide. Wish it cost a little less and had more open jump hours — many of these places are mostly booked for private parties. Was way out of our way, but we weren’t in a hurry and it is no doubt welcomed by people living up that way; proximity is always relative.

Went here for my daughter’s 4th birthday. Pluses: Kids had a BLAST, they made my birthday girl feel super special, cool light show in the party room, clean, enough room for everyone. Downfalls: Felt long enough, but still a little rushed in the end. Don’t plan to do any extras if you come here like games, etc. Not really time for food so glad I didn’t buy any. Don’t buy the camera/picture package. Not worth $ 20. They didn’t take many pics and the ones they took were not that great. I had photo booth props but they didn’t do that for me as per my request. I took better pics on my phone. But overall I would go back here for another party it was very fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had my son’s 5th birthday party here last January, and I really feel bad for not dropping by to give them a rave review sooner. The party was perfect! Yes, BounceU parties are expensive, but totally worth it for the excellent experience, and there are ways to save money if you’re on a budget. We chose to split the cost of the party with our son’s best friend, as their birthdays are only a couple of weeks apart, and they both wanted to invite their entire preschool class. We held the party on a weekday afternoon since our boys attend AM preschool, and that saved even more money. And, I used a coupon from the Entertainment Guide. This BounceU location is always clean. Our kids left the party with white socks that were still white, and I don’t know how they manage to keep the place so clean with so many kids going through there but they do. The staff kept track of all the children, had them use hand sanitizer, enforced rules, and helped any reluctant bouncers to get in on the action. The party was very structured, which is perfect for young children. They started in the first bounce room and stayed in that room with those attractions for 35 minutes. Then after gathering the children and their belongs, the staff led them to a 2nd room with all new attractions for another 25 minutes of bouncing, sliding, and climbing. After gathering the children and dispensing hand sanitizer, they led the children to the party room where they served all of the food and drinks, led the birthday boys in opening presents, kept notes on gift lists, served birthday cake, handed out the party favors, souvenirs for the birthday boys, loaded the presents into bins to take to our vehicles, and cleaned up after we left. The food was good, there was plenty of extras for the adults who were staying to have something to eat and drink, and the kids had a blast. It was a deluxe party all the way. All of the children went home tired, and it was the easiest kid birthday party that I’ve ever thrown. We love BounceU birthday parties!

My daughter recently attended a birthday party here. I have to say that the idea of having separate rooms for each activity was very nice and this way you do not have to be with people that are not in your party. Additionally, it was very nice that the family throwing the party didn’t have to do a think. This is defiantly a great place to have a birthday party.

I’ve been here twice now. Once with my school-age nephews, and yesterday with my 2 year old daughter. Both times, the kids had a blast. Going into it, my little girl had a slight fear of bounce structures. We’ve been to numerous parties and festivals and she wouldn’t go near them. Yesterday it was just the two of us and I was able to do everything with her, and she did great. She loved the slides, and the bounce houses that had soft balls for her to throw around. The time(10 – 1130, but we didn’t make it til the end) of the«Preschool Bounce» was perfect… it wore my little girl out TREMENDOUSLY before her nap!(To be frank, it wore ME out too!) I’ll happily pay $ 9 for a 2.5 hour nap! Two issues I had though were 1) The majority of the climbing structures(which is how to get to all the slides) were way too difficult for my 2 year old. The only one she could on her own was the slide that you sat inside the sack. It was fine, and she liked it a lot, but I had to more or less carry her to access the other slides which is not fun for a 4.5 month pregnant girl, and also probably not advisible by my doctor. Oops. So, we stuck to the slide she COULD climb and she really enjoyed it. I know the place is geared toward bigger kids, so at least they had one that she could do on her own 2) They call the time«Preschool Bounce,» but they allow up to 7 year old children in. I guess there are some half day Kindergartens around here, but those big kids need to be in there at a different time. The developmental differences between a 2 – 3 year old and a 7 year old are pretty astounding… especially between my timid 2 year old girl and a big rowdy 7 year old boy. I think a more appropriate cut off would be 5. Let the little ones have some time to themselves! Can’t wait to come back though. We had a blast!
