Too many people are in a rush (including driving). The doctors deal with skin and must be careful as you want them to be with your flesh. I am a patient and realize that others may need extra time depending on the issue and procedure.

Terrible office staff! Rude and nasty! Stay away. I will never return to this office.

Worst bedside manner I ever encountered. Obtuse doctor and rude nurse. I heard the doctor and nurse gossiping about me outside my door as I waited for them. Skip this facility!

This is my 3^rd time here & I’ve never experienced any long wait, the staff was very nice to me & Dr. Thompson has really helped me out!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ahkami for a year or 2. I’ve enjoyed seeing her, despite her extremely inflexible schedule — she only sees patients on Wednesdays from 11am — 4pm. Every time I’ve needed to see her, I’ve either taken a day off from work or worked from home. Its been worth it to me because she is a fantastic dermatologist and my skin has improved tremendously under her care.
My company switched insurance carriers in January from Aetna (which Dr. Ahkami accepts) to Cigna, which apparently she does not. Prior to my appointment, I visited the Cigna website to confirm that my visit would be covered. The website suggests that Dr. Ahkami participates in a variety of Cigna plans, including the HMO which I am enrolled in.
Yesterday, I arrived for my check-​up appointment and was given major attitude by a less than friendly receptionist because Dr. Ahkami does not accept my new insurance. Frankly, there is no need to be rude considering the Doctor is listed as a participating provider. I was turned away and was unable to see Dr. Ahkami, nor any other doctor. I will not be going back.
While I would certainly recommend Dr Ahkami, I would certainly not recommend this practice

A lot of people have talked about the the long waits and rude staff. TRUE and TRUE!
The waits are ridiculous and once you get into the exam room the wait is not over. Expect another 15 – 20 minutes
I don’t know which Dr Bagley some of these people are talking about. Maybe I got his evil twin.
I found him completely lacking any bedside manner… make that «personality».
Seems totally full of himself.
I went twice thinking I caught everyone on a bad day. Nah!

Absolutely horrible. Wait times are incredibly long and the staff are unhelpful, unfriendly, and pretentious. 10:00am appointment? Don’t expect to see the doctor until 11. Would not recommend.

Went there yesterday for a procedure my 3^rd time Dr baigly once again amazing. He talked me through the whole thing. The nurse was not great but the dr I s the one that took care of me. I wish more docs were like him.

Hopefully the medicine they prescribed me to is better than the service. I felt a tad bit neglected by the doctor after she prescribed her treatment as it seemed she rushed out on her way rather than ask about questions that I may have had for her.

Went to see Dr. Bagley today for an issue I’ve been dealing with since November. Finally got a diagnosis that made sense, and he took the time to explain exactly how my condition works, how one gets it, and why the medications he prescribed are appropriate. The staff was attentive– I showed up at 2 for a 2:15 appt and was out of there by 2:45. Will definitely be coming back to these folks if I have derm issues in the future. Easily accessible location, too, right near the center of town.
