Very… VERY disappointed in this location right from the start. I wanted to take my wife up to take a browse at the latest model phones from Verizon.
She had no idea what I was up too so I had the element of surprise on me. However, I pulled up at 7:45… knowing that the store closed at 8. I had just wanted to run her in and have her get a feel for the new phones because its time for her to upgrade.
We walked up to the store, as I saw her eyes get all excited with her knowing that she was going to be playing with some new electronics very soon…
Only to find out…
The store had locked their doors… and had closed early.
I’m sorry if there is one thing that can really upset me, is the laziness of people that don’t respect other peoples time. I wanted to look around, and possibly purchase a phone tonight… but for what, an extra 15 minutes the store employees couldn’t stick around? And I know they were there because as I had knocked on the door… I saw movement back by the counter
Horribly unprofessional, and to me, I will be following up with a call to this store to talk to the store manager. After all the money I have spent on cell phones and bills? I don’t care if I’m a measly customer… I deserve some respect.
