This subway used to be my favorite, after all it’s open 24 hours. I’ve always had friendly service in the past and never had an order that wasn’t exactly right. Until the new night shift started. I went in the other night around 1 a.m., drive-thru only, I was the only customer in sight. This should have been simple. I ordered 2 salads, 1BLT and 1 Seafood Sensation. Also, a footlong sandwich. I had an idea something was wrong with the employee when I asked her what kind of salad dressing they had and she told me mayo and light mayo as if anyone considers these salad dressings, but I dismissed it. When I got home, however, I knew my initial thought that something was wrong was spot on. My salad didn’t have any lettuce. It’s SALAD. Also, it was seafood and for some reason she chopped it up finely like it was a chopped salad. I’ve never gotten a seafood salad that looked like this. I wasn’t going to go back but you bet I called to complain. I called 4 times and no one answered. So I had to go back. When I got back the girl seemed disoriented and confused and then after telling her the problem with my food she said, ‘Oh yeah, I realized as you were driving off that I forgot the lettuce in your salad.“ Who makes a salad putting lettuce last? NOONE. She said, ‘SO you just want me to add lettuce to that?“ I said, «No, I’d like a whole new salad without anything chopped up.» She said, «My manager showed me to make salads that way.»(Turned out only chopped salads, but she does ALL salads like this) She took my old salad, I THOUGHT she made me a new one and then I went home to find my original«salad» with lettuce stirred into the tiny bits of seafood. I asked for a new one and this is unacceptable. If I pay $ 20 for food and you don’t make it right, I want it done again or a refund. The only saving grace is Subway said they are sending me a gift card for the full amount. I’d rather have cash. Advice, avoid this place at night, the 24 hour one at the nearby Walmart is better and you can watch them make your food.

I swore that if ever I will do a review of any big chains again, it is either for the extra special«ooohmp!» or the downright«eeh» of the place. This review is of the former. While every subway I have been to pretty much have the same selection of food, the service is where this particular Subway stands out. I would not mention names but one of the ladies behind the counter at this Subway especially ROCKS! Every time I go there and she is behind the counter, I know that the company«guideline» of four SMALL scoops of seafood salad per foot long of sandwich is OUTTHEWINDOW! She just PACKSIT in there to the point that I ask her not to put too much lettuce in my sandwich anymore! YUM! Every time I go to this Subway, I also take my dog with me since, like every dog I know, she love to go «bye bye» and this is just a short trip. This same lady makes it a point to give me, on the side, several slices of American Cheese just for my dog!(She LOVES cheese!) I always say that, as a customer, I appreciate PERSONALIZED service. When they go above and beyond what they are supposed to do, it is ALWAYS appreciated. To that lady: THANKYOU! You KNOW my dog and I WILL be coming back!

Warren’s original Subway! This subway cranks em’ out, always fresh, never stale bread. The employees here are always on there game, and are always very friendly. Eat Fresh!
