Picasso’s At Four Points

Absolutely horrible please for the love of god eat someplace else! I tried it because of convenience being attached to my hotel.
Ok the servers really tried but the kitchen staff must not actually be cooks of any kind! First the nachos had cold crumbled hamburger on it not even heated through and the grease was dripping off the plate, next I ordered a burger on the hopes it was something simple and easy and hard to screw up. Well it came to me completely raw. I could see it as soon as it was put in front of me so I cut into it only to have my suspicions confirmed totally raw. The waitress brought it back and it looked as if it had then been microwaved and stated as though it had as well hard and ruined! My dining partner and boss had basic fish and chips and his fish was also nearly raw in the middle and the oil was dark so it gave it a cooked appearance, it wasn’t! What a shame! Please cook staff take some dam pride in your food.

Disgusting, everything is too greasy and salty. Too many menu items. My burger was sick, I couldn’t finish it.
