Food and service was good. The coffee was overpriced for one person, they gave a whole pitcher. They also had coupons that came in the mail. Will come back.

Very slow service, took 30 minutes to get drinks and poor waitress staff, not a pleasant experience by far.

Moving back to the Ohio area after 20 years I was excited to take my kids to breakfast at one of my favorite breakfast places from childhood… big disappointment… we arrived and the host barely glanced at us and spouted, «how many?», with a sigh. It didn’t get any better after that… we received burnt food and had to send it back everyone working there seemed absolutely miserable I never saw a smile or heard a friendly word. My food was cold as I waited for my daughters meal to be redone as it was burnt… we got free cookies for our troubles… as we were waiting to pay I heard the unfriendly hostess tell the person in front of me in her monotone bored voice how they could fill out a survey and get a discount next time… we went next with someone who came to help the unfriendly worst hostess ever and we were not offered the survey at all… next time we will try something else… blah

Meh. Perkins. Eh. I’ve never had a crazy wild desire to go to Perkins, while I feel like many people from my high school always used to get more excited for Perkins than their own birthdays. Even drunk cravings don’t bring me to Perkins. I must say, I do have some fond memories at this place and I won’t dog on it too much. They have pretty solid chain«diner» food – chicken tenders, pancakes, etc.(I don’t think I’ve ever eaten anything other than those here…). I would say Perkins is a good decision when it’s too late for other options and you don’t QUITE want fast food.
