Placed an order, got it home, and we are missing a sandwich. Talked to manage and she said she will give us a brownie. That is not good enough! My dad has to go back in the nasty snow to get the sandwich and his food is getting cold. Yelled at manager and told her to give us 4 brownies, one for each person in house. We live in Champion. We even checked to see that we got all the food before going home, but did not realize we had to do a detail look at the food to see if we got everything.
Other than that, food is good.

Came here after Church. The portions have become exceptionally small and the quality of the food is not what it was. We also had to ask them to wipe off a table and when the girl did, she swept the crumbs off it to my sons lap. The area around the beverages was very dirty including the rug on the floor. Restaurant is getting tired. The cost does not match the quality or portion of the food. Not as clean as it was in the past.

Fall is soup season. A rain Saturday lunch calls for Squash Soup and Sammy. The soup is a little sweet with a nutty tint. Surprisingly this chain has a better version than most private choices. Highly recommended it even if you don’t normally do squash.

I went here a lot in high school because it was a nice café-​like experience fairly close to home. Also, I was part of a Juniorettes League with my best friend and we met here often.
The food is on par with all other Paneras and the service is pretty satisfactory. The last time I went in, there were semi-​angry high schoolers working, which is understandable, though hard to deal with sometimes. My mom and I had to remind them that we had coffees with our bagels, and we stood in line waiting for them much longer than we should have because no one was paying attention; basically, our orders were taken and we were left standing at the counter. But, despite what our service is like, who can say no to one of those crazy good cinnamon crunch bagels and some nutty/​sweet cream cheese?!

Chain restaurant but fast free Wifi, which is great for Warren. Decent lunch or pastries for reasonable price. Lots of tables and several outlets, no problem hanging out for hours
