The owner has horrible customer service! A group of us went in for nip piercings yesterday and there was a sign offering piercings $ 20. The owner states the sale was old that it ended June 30^th and yesterday was July 10TH (even though the sign had no expiration date) she then has another artist take the sign down and throw it away. I immediately decide I will not be getting mine done here. The rest decide to stay. I tell the owner well we already saw the sign when we came in and it did not indicate an expiration. She totally ignores me and does not honor the price on the sign (like any good owner should). As we wait amongst eachother we discuss how we will document this issue on social media and the owner overhears us and says is there a problem? I tell her yes, the fact that u had that pricing posted upon our entry and did not honor it is a problem! She NOW states that pricing was only for upper ear piercing, not nip piercings (again something NOT posted on the sign). Whatever! I do not believe her and if this was the case it would have said that! So just wanted to let Metal Moon know if it had been up to me NONE of us would have spent our money with u as u are horrible as an owner and the way u handled that situation was not customer friendly!

I went in once because I liked Jamie’s work on her Facebook page but after she insulted the tattoos I already have there’s no way I’d do business with her. Mine were done by a reputable place and my artist has been doing it for 25 years and to have this chick insult his work and she hasn’t even been doing this for 10 years let me know the level of professionalism this place lacks. Do you really think insulting my other tattoos will make me want to come back here? Try working on your bedside manner, chick.
I wanted a custom piece that Jamie just didn’t seem up to drawing. If you’re a professional artist I should be able to get a simple mock up to see if you can do the job. I wasn’t able to get any prices out of her, not for specific sizes or times. If you can’t even ballpark it how can you call this a business? If you want my money you have to tell me up front how much it will cost, not after.
I checked out the facebook page when I got home and laughed myself to tears at the price they quoted for a small tattoo. $ 100 for a tiny Hello Kitty flash art that you would pay $ 60 anywhere else.
This place is trying too hard to be a cool hang out/​art studio rather than a professional tattoo shop.

I live in the area and took notice in the shop when it opened up. I finally decided to give it a go the other day when I chose to get a new piercing. As soon as I walked in I immediately felt welcomed. The shop had a nice feel to it, unlike some shops that give off the wrong vibe. I really dug the local art they had put up and even ended up purchasing a piece. The shop was extremely clean, and I couldn’t be happier with my piercing. It was an overall great experience and I will be returning for future work.
