Worst dermatologist that i have ever been to. Doctors are so unprofessional, to the point where she didn’t introduce herself. Had an appointment at 10:30 and arrived at 10:15. I didnt get called back until 11:49, and had to wait even longer in the room for the doctor to see me. The place was over crowded. While waiting in the waiting room, patients that came in after me, were seen before me! I would do more research on looking for a dermatologist. I would never recondmend this place to anyone.

This is the second time I have visited this Doctors office and the first time I went in, and the second time I called the desk service people were so rude and snobbish. Like they had better things to do then talk to me. The Drs there are SUPER amazing but the staff need an attitude check.

I generally am a little creeped out by reading reviews of doctor’s offices but I think mostly it’s about learning more than I would or should ever want to know about strangers. Though we’re not strangers, we’re one big Unilocal family right? I do want to write a review though and just express how much I love the people in this office; everyone has been amazing and fun to deal with. I have visiting the office regularly for the past few months(not for anything serious) and I honestly enjoy catching up with the nurses, staff, and doctors. I have gotten such random life advice and even have given some; it’s like therapy for everyone. I love that they always give me a reminder call – which might be protocol for a lot of places, but I think it’s considerate. It pleases me to no end to catch national headlines in the waiting room while pleasant music ranging from the greatest hits for the piano or most recently, the Rod Stewart songbook play. I swear I heard«Baby It’s Cold Outside» with Dolly Parton last week. It’s now March, but whatever, I will never argue with Dolly. I also enjoy people watching in the waiting room and trying to guess people’s stories, second only in fun-ness to trying to guess the stories of those in a court house. I feel somehow like I have made friends in the staff and doctors at this office and like thinking that they care about me. I swear if it wouldn’t breach some sort of confidentiality or be assez-bizarre I would so be friends with them all on Facebook. We’ve talked even how much fun it would be to go dancing at Luna or karaōke-ing about town.. . I secretly hope it happens. I first came to this office because they could schedule right away as opposed to the two other offices I called that had at least a month’s wait. I have never been kept waiting for more than a normal amount of time and in the process I have gotten a good look at the poster they have of skin and it’s conditions. I will say the office could use more art but I also do delight in pronouncing all the crazy little parts of our skin. If I had retained any I would insert one now just for a quick smile. I think this office accepts most insurance policies too. Though, I will say you may need a note from your PCP(primary care physician) to make an appointment.
