I’m very fussy about my beers and whenever I try something new I’m never disappointed. There are so many beets to choose from! I was pretty jazzed they let me fill a growler from another company as well. My only issue is the parking lot. It can get pretty full and difficult to navigate.

The best bar /brewery in Warren! The atmosphere and look of the whole place is great, very warm and inviting. I only tried one beer and one cider, but they were both excellent. The beer was the American, pretty basic but a solid beer. I don’t remember the name of the cider but it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter was very attentive and polite, the service was awesome especially for a busy Saturday night. Can’t wait to go back

Love the Pomegranate wine… Free popcorn is always good, but a little more food options would be good. Staff is always friendly. Good Atmosphere.

Fantastic beer, great setting, what else do you want. Sometimes they even bring in awesome food vendors! Bring a game and some friends and have a great night. Good luck with the parking though.

I do declare, this place has food! I didn’t get it, but the cheese and crackers looks good, and reasonable in the price department. I didn’t get the food, but I wish I had see a review with this info, because I wouldn’t have eaten before coming if I had known. Dripa was one of the smoothest 9% beers I’ve ever had. I get why it’s won awards. The overall vibe in here was really good– down to earth, spacious. Fun place for sure.

Only 4 stars for 1 reason… FOOD! The beer is amazing so I know if they started getting some food going through there is would probably be amazing also! Tons of amazing booze and who doesn’t love that?!

My boyfriend and I are from Chicago. It’s always a blast coming here. We make the 6⁄7 hr drive just for the beer. It’s one of our absolute favorites. Besides the beer we love the hospitality from Evelyn. If it weren’t for her, seriously, we wouldn’t ever come back. Why you ask? Newbies don’t remember what we like! Nor do they know what is on the menu and have to ask other people. Oops. Sorry too forward. Anyway, c’mon. We’ve been coming for the past 10 years, 1/year, and EVERYTIME she remembers what we like and has it ready upon arrival. I let alone can’t even remember what I did yesterday. #oldmoney If you ever come here please ask for Evelyn. You will not be disappointed. She’s the bubbliest gal here. There’s nothing like the dedicated long timers hospitality compared to the newbies. She is simply the best.(I’m starting to sound like a infomercial, so I’ll shut up, lol) WHOEVERISTHEOWNEROFTHISESTABLISHMENT, I HOPEYOUREADTHIS! GIVETHISWOMAN A G’DANGRAISE!!! We wouldn’t be back if it weren’t for her, honestly. && Evelyn If you read this we love you so fricken much. With LOVE from Chi-town, Jen and Seth

Best Brewery in Metro-Detroit. I’ve been to all the major players plenty of times and Kehnhann’s is always the best.

Came in here with my husband to try the brews. The beers are pretty tasty to me I enjoyed the reds and brown ales nice flavors and good prices. The IPA was not as hopped up as I would have liked though. They did have an amazing BBQ/Smoker outside and were selling meals from it. We got the pulled pork it was wonderful.

They had alot of interesting takes on some common styles. Certainly something for everyone here. I had the DRIPA and fluffer, and while they didn’t blow my socks off, I can understand the appeal of their beers if they are consistent which seems to be the story talking with other patrons. They do allow you to bring your own food too which is awesome. Had tamales from Pilar’s around the corner with my noontime beers.

Came for the 4th Dementia which wasn’t available but got to try some other good local craft beers. If you are in the area, definitely check out this place. Cool atmosphere, friendly servers, and you can bring your own food.

Great beer better bring a designated driver… Dripa is a great beer. Plus they have a revolving menu of other great beers. This is one of the better micro breweries around Detroit. As far as other people complaining about service, I’ve never once had bad service here. The bartenders, and waitstaff have always catered to my needs in a very efficient manner. This is a great place to go period!

Excellent beer, friendly and helpful staff, fun and casual atmosphere. Been going here for 8 years whenever I’m in the area to meet friends for a few beers or just to pick up a couple growlers. They recognize they are in the business of making beer not food, so, you are allowed to bring in any outside food you would like(cooler of snacks, carryout, or have food delivered there while you enjoy the inventive beers). Also, they often have great food trucks parked outside which makes eating there easy. Which food trucks and when are often posted on their facebook page as well as their beer specials. Note — they have a couple emergency food items(frozen pizza, sausage/cheese and always free popcorn) but only recommend as a backup.

Ahhh… The Kuhn… Horrible service(still love the staff)… non existent menu… Free popcorn… Great beer… What’s not to love? Seriously… Great beer… Unrefined, honest, real craft beer. My go to spot to make a «paperwork pit stop» at the end(or middle) of the work day. Did I mention great beer? Highlights: 4th Dimension, White Devil, Wit, and Fest.

4.5 stars One of the greatest breweries ever coming from a Nova/SoCal gal! I’ve definitely seen my share of breweries but the people here were friendly and will let you taste before. Their beers are great– just kind of on the high end of alcohol content. They do have a BBQ food truck right outdoors if your’e hungry but come here after you’ve had dinner! They have some«snacks» but they are really just here for the beers. If you’re just visiting, please check this place out! It looks like nothing but the beer taste is great and so are the staff! Seems like a local joint but everyone treats you well.

A very good selection of different beers to try. A word of advice that I wish I knew ahead of time, they do not have a kitchen. They do serve frozen pizzas(yuck) and there is usually a food truck outside. However the night we went the food truck was kind of strange so we didn’t try it. We heard though that the BbQ food truck is pretty good. It was very crowded the night we went and we ended up sharing a high top table with some other people we didn’t know, but we like meeting new people!

When friends visit from Grand Rapids, they want to go to Kuhnhenn Brewing. Why? Because Grand Rapids is full of great beer, and when they are away from home, they want to go somewhere of equal caliber. I love Kuhnhenn. They make inventive beers, sometimes even erring on the side of weird(the blue/green Kap’n Crunch Berries beer comes to mind) and I sincerely appreciate having a tap list that is so long, it’s intimidating. Give me too many options! Make it so that the server has to check on me several times before I can even decide my first beer! I am absolutely serious, and yes, that makes me the world’s most annoying bar patron. I will say that I sometimes find their large, communal tables a little annoying– it can make it difficult to find a spot to accommodate your party, and that sometimes force you to awkwardly squeeze in next to a stranger, at a closer proximity than which I’m comfortable… but if that is my only complaint, it could certainly be much, much worse.

Love me some Michigan brew! Came here for a friends birthday but actually had been here a couple of times before. Shut out the two times before(food truck was out of food) but hit them up on a nice Sunday evening. Crowd was limited and it was relaxing. We cozied up to the bar and enjoyed ourselves in great company. Beer was outstanding but bartender was kind of a douche bag. Not sure why? Kind of unnecessary really. Now the beer is the reason why you come here. I responsibly enjoyed a Penetration Porter x 2 and an Oatmeal Stout as I was in the mood for dark beers. However, the lineup was impressive with almost 20 beers to choose from. Plus they had root beer. Some of these beers exceed 10% so watch yourself. I also sampled the Fluffer IPA and the Loonie Kuhnie which were very good but I stuck with the dark brews. I’ll be back for those IPAs at a late date. Food is either heat and serve pizza, hot pretzels or chips. Food trucks are the norm here as they offer various menus. Food is purchased and is permitted to be brought inside and consumed. I kind of like that.
