Jet’s Pizza

Hands down the best Jet’s Pizza in Michigan! They’re quick, friendly, and clean. They are also very consistent with that crispy crunch that Jet’s Pizza is know for! The ranch is also very good.

Great pizza and jet bread. Alway’s has slices available.

This Jets pizza really is something special. I’ve eaten at roughly 5 different Jets pizza restaurants and this one is the best by far. Their square is great if you like greasy pizza, their round is great, and they have many different toppings to choose from. What separates Jets from other pizza places is their variety. Lots of times i get food there and it’s not even pizza, their Deli/​Jet Boats are to die for.
For the most part their service is great. The people who answer the phones are nice, delivery is fast too, and the restaurant itself has a TV and bathroom if you order there instead of calling in.
I only have one complaint about this store which is why it’s 4 stars instead of 5. There’s this one manager there, his name starts with a T. He’s an awful person and i hate ordering from him. Sometimes, when i call, if he’s the one who answers the phone i just hang up and call back in a couple of minutes hoping someone else answers the phone to take my order. He’s incredibly rude and difficult to talk to he’s just not very friendly. His voice sounds like a very high pitched girls voice which is why i hate talking to him over the phone. And if you enter the store and he’s the one on register you’ll see how nasty he is. He’s always coughing and just doesn’t look like he’s a very clean person.

One of the best Detroit style square pizza places. From the crisp crust to the perfect blend of sauce and cheese, Jet’s is more than just a carryout pizza joint. I put it up there with Buddy’s. Their salads are good as well and the ranch is among one of my favorites.

I have worked near this Jets for 17 years and been ordering from them probably for the last 10. I have to give it to them — I sometimes place large orders for my business on short order and they always get it done.
Today, I ordered the wrong pizza by mistake — when I called to order the correct one, they made it and delivered it lickity split. Of course they took back the wrong pizza (bummer!) but to not charge me for something that was my own mistake was pretty awesome.
Oh, and their BBQ chicken pizza is to DIE for. If you havent tried it by now, please do yourself a favor and try it. When I die, I want to be buried with one, lol.

I had to choose a star to post a review. This location doesn’t even deserve one. I picked up some slices on my way home from work and asked if they were fresh. The counter person said «yes». I opened the box when I went to my car and they looked semi fresh. I didn’t think to check underneath. When I got home they were soggy. as in wet! I’m so disgusted that I didn’t even want to call and say anything. This isn’t the first bad experience. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Ordered 2 deep dish square pizzas for pickup.
Location was clean — CLEAN — as in, was this store built just yesterday clean!
The staff were prompt and polite.
I ordered over the phone and was told 15 – 20 minutes.
Drove over and my pizza was hot and ready fresh out of the oven — right on time.
They also have green olives as a topping option — if you haven’t tried it, do!
All in all Jets makes some great Michigan style pizza — some of my favorite!
Will definitely be back!!!

I want to give it more stars but I am frustrated by the fact that they have shrunk their portions both on pizzas and salads.
The food tastes pretty good. But when you shrink your salad bowls and pizza sizes without informing the customer— that sucks.
I also hate having to provide my name AND phone # when I pick up. It sucks having to spew all of that out when I must be the only one with my name at 8:45 picking up. Sheesh.
Offer more coupons on chicken as well. heck, ONE coupon on chicken. It is the most profitable meat a restaurant has but they never have a «wing night».

This Jet’s location is always busy. Sometimes you have to wait in line that goes to the door. They do try and handle the customers in an orderly fashion, but sometimes the pizzas are not ready when they are suppose to be. I tried ordering my pizzas online. At first it worked fine and then they started having problems. I would arrive to pick up my order at the specified time and they hadn’t even started it yet because the online ordering system wasn’t working properly. Since then I’ve always called my orders in. Their pizzas are great and with the exception of one small pizza place in Brighton, I haven’t found a place that makes a pizza this good.

Jets Pizza is really as good as it gets. I can’t speak to all locations, but the location at 13 & Hayes is ALWAYS fast, friendly, and makes a darn good pizza (once I tried a Jets sub. those were good too! but 99.9% of the time when I go to Jets, I want pizza!)
Jets is light years beyond Little Caesars, Dominos, etc. in terms of quality and consistently good service.
Now please expand to the Washington DC area!

Sadly they’ve messed up our orders on several seperate occasions so we eventually found a new ‘primary’ pizza source. We do, however, go back to Jets once in awhile because it IS good!

I have been a Jets Pizza Fan since it was at the Back of a Party Store at one location at 14 & ryan
fortunately they have not let there quality slip or suffer as they have grown & expanded thru Michigan & beyond even to Nashville!
I found there round Pizza ok.
But there Square Pizza & there Speciality 8 CORNER Square to be a WONDERFUL treat to my hard working taste Buds
It is always served HOT and they are never shy with the toppings!
