This was the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. They filed my nails down so short and crooked after asking many times to fix the shape and they still don’t look good, each nail was a different shape and length. They did 4 coats of gel making them SO thick and the finish was bubbly. The cost of the manicure was more than any place I’ve ever paid for gel. I wasn’t satisfied in any way.

this is a wonderful local business where they make a point to know their customers by name and treat them well. I go every 2 – 3 weeks for a gel mani– the manicures easily last 3 weeks & ive never had chipping, my nails simply grow out. I think its because of how carefully they do manicures at jazzy. don’t go if you’re in a rush because they really take their time with each step to ensure perfect and long-lasting work. they have a great selection of colors and even if they are busy, someone will greet you and help you out as soon as you walk in. they are nice people who are great at what they do. discounted prices for students, too!

Truly exceptional service and experience. I went here in August for a pedicure and was very impressed. I have tried many places for nails and this is by far the best. John, the owner, is very kind and always accommodating with fitting in last minute appointments. Ami, the nail technician, is excellent with her exfoliation, shaping, and polishing. My nails still look perfect and feet are soft and smooth over a month later! I felt very welcomed and at home as a new client and was given a very thorough and relaxing treatment. They have waxing and gel polish for nails too and every treatment is a great value for money!

I was so dependent on Jazzy to wax my eyebrows for over 7 years and lately this place has been terrible. I only trusted Jazzy to do a great job on my eye brows but now she has another girl that does it, she does a good job but that is not the problem I’m having here.
They are so unreliable. Over this past summer Jazzy went on vacation and the girls she had running the shop while she was away were terrible and turned me away because they were too busy.
This past month I have gone by Jazzy’s 4 times to get my eye brows waxed, and called. They have no notice over the phone or on the door indicating why they are closed. I have been going during regular hours and they just aren’t open.
Unfortunately I’ve had to take my business elsewhere because I just can’t keep waiting for them to open when they feel like it.

I’m from Boston, but I’ve been here twice with my mother-in-law. The folks at Jazzy do excellent work, and their prices are very resonable.
Everyone is very nice, their son is adorable, and they even remembered my name a year later.

This place isn’t five stars but it’s close. They are reasonably fast, inexpensive ($ 12 for a regular manicure), do a good job, and have plenty of personnel on hand so that you don’t have to wait. They don’t accept credit cards, but they do accept cash and debit. You can’t put the tip on your debit card. For this reason, I docked them one star (I never have cash!). They do spa pedicures, waxing, and whitening here and there looks to be space for about 6 people to get their nails done and 3 people to get their toes done. I would come back, but I don’t prefer it over my favorite place in Barrington, Detail.
