Poor service. Zero stars! I attempted to return a Hallmark ornament with the original receipt which was purchase only 24 hours earlier. The clerk said no problem. The transaction was just about complete when the owner(not sure) yelled(yes, yelledj at the clerk for doing a return). I’m a VP for a major retailer and I understand return polices. This policies was not clear. Plus, the clerk already said she would process the return. I asked if I could have a store credit. No. When I asked for the Hallmark contact info she refused to give me any info. Too bad as I love Hallmark and Gorrants.
