This is the best games stop in my area I stay around 4 other game stops an this one is a lil out of the way but it’s worth the drive they have so many games I can’t find any where else for my collection an the staff is nice and smart and fun to talk with if you have to go to any game stop pick this one by far.

We were here last week, greeted right away, asked if we needed help finding anyhing. My kids selected what they wanted, then I asked the guys working here how the resturant next door is, which they told us what they recommend. What a warm and friendly atmosphere this place is. Very nice employees.

Any gaming store or other gamestops I’ve been to I’ve always been ignored because I’m a girl and probably not going to preorder the newest game or trade a bunch of games in which is what they are pushed to get the most. This one is different, I am always treated so kindly, and in throwing out some names: Kevin and Aaron are the most helpful and always seem to listen because they remember what I like or what I might like right away when I stop in!

The employees at this store have always been very nice and helpful.
When I want a game, I’ll look it up on gamestop online and have it so I can come pick it up.
I had a situation once where when I came into the store, they could not find the product I put on to pickup (it was a used one). They DID have the product there new though. So they gave it to me at used price, which was very nice of them, they could of had it sent from another store, or sent me to a different one.
Gamestops are a good to hit up when you just wanna get some new games. They have GUARENTEED used games at a good reduced price.

i frequent two gamestops, the one here and another in royal oak. not to bash or anything, but i get amazing service here. the people at this one know how to give you your space but also talk to you if you need help and keep you company. everyone there is really nice, even late at night. the one in royal oak, nobody really has time or care to talk to you casually. it seems so formal there. i made good friends at this store and they have great advice. i’m not much of a gamer so they really walk me through the whole process and break things down for me.
