I recently had Courtney cut my hair into the very trendy «lob». Not only did she know exactly what I was talking about when I asked for one, but she tailored it to my hair texture and face shape! I wear my hair naturally curly and flat-​ironed and she took her time describing how I could achieve both looks with my new cut. I was debating a long piece of bang, or some long layers near the front and the option was always open, even when my hair was blown dry, to work in those aspects. She is so sweet and easy to talk to! I am so, so happy!!! Courtney is my new stylist!

I love everything about this salon! They always make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time. Kim is the queen of color! I have been going to her for over five years and have never once been anything less than ecstatic with both cut and color! Everyone is friendly and the place is always so clean! Oh and Ana gives heavenly shampoos! I can’t think of one thing to complain about!

Could not be more disappointed with the service I have received for this salon! Not to mention how rude the man on the phone was. I had a pink extension put in my hair for breast cancer awareness month, since someone very close to me is battling this disease as I write this review. Within less then 24 hours the extension completely fell out. It wasn’t brushed out or pulled out… it just fell out. I put the extension in my handbag and when I went to look for it I couldn’t find it :-(I called the place and the rude man insisted I would have to pay full price for a new one (which is completely understandable). However, when I had the extension placed they told me it was for «breast cancer awareness month»… I called back and the extremely nasty man told me that they carry pink extensions but none of the money is going toward any type of charity for breast cancer! I was shocked!!! Save your money and go somewhere where «the customer is always right» I would highly recommend salon visage in Westfield! They are sincere and amazing. I cannot believe how insincere and rude this man was. I’ve had my hair done there before too and it’s nothing to write home about, just average hair stylist with minimal experience. Will never go back!!!

A friend of my mom’s always had a great haircut. One day I asked her where she went, and she told me she had been going to Carol, the owner, for years. So I made an appointment with Carol, and have been going back for over a year now. She gives me a great cut and color, and the place is comfortable and clean. The assistants have all been very courteous and gentle when they shampoo me, and making an appointment is easy. I have gotten many compliments on my haircut too, which is always nice. Because when you have a good hair day, life just seems a bit better, no?!

Clean and nicely designed on the inside. Friendly staff. Designer seemed knowledgeable and skilled. I liked the results! Will go again.

First-​time customer. I read good reviews on superpages and decided to try the salon. I asked for a junior stylist — usually they have great training and knowledge but cost a bit less. Indeed my stylist was very competent. I was unhappy with the color at first (too dark for my taste) and the stylist corrected it (a bit of a band-​aid approach but it worked well enough to satisfy me) at no extra charge, of course. An owner was on-​site and took care to introduce himself to me and show me around the salon. The way he interacted with customers and vendors demonstrate that he really cares about the quality of his business. I was there for quite some time and saw nothing but happy and very well-​coiffed customers go out the door. I will go back again to this salon.
