This location is awful. I’ve driven through here twice in the past few months, and neither time they had what I wanted. The first time was something I’d recently seen ads for and thought everyone would carry, the second time was for a maple frosted donut. Both times the person on the speaker was rude(«You want what?»), and said they didn’t have what I wanted and acted like I was asking them for something that they’d never had(with the maple frosted, she even said«I don’t think we have ever had anything like that» — guess what? All your other locations do so I don’t know why you’re special.) A simple«I’m sorry, we don’t carry that» would have been sufficient, without the snotty attitude and rudeness. I almost never go to Dunkin’ because there are other options with better donuts, but I will certainly never bother with this location again. I’ll drive to 12 and Dequindre or 11 and Van Dyke. I suggest the manager work with the drive-through staff on customer service skills.

Just came here to get some coffee and hot chocolate. Not that busy as average dunkin… Need a good maintenance. Lady over the counter was nice and I got my order accurate as I ordered… Not bad at all.

Wow! I agree with the other two reviews… but they are outdated now. I hated this DD, but I reluctantly walked in for an after work coffee and was happy to see new management. Friendly lady, got my order right, smiled, and got right back to work after my order. Help this location with your business if you’re in the area, this new owner has an uphill battle building this location’s reputation back up.

It’s amazing how much different one DD can be from another DD… I went to this one for a change this morning, and now… I actually regret it. I would think that if you went to two of the same chain places, you would get about the same tasting stuff. But no, somehow they have not learned how to make iced coffee with sugar. But that is exactly it… You can’t put granule sugar into a cold beverage and expect it to sweeten it. Everywhere else uses liquid sugar and it works for them. And how in the heck do you manage to serve burned coffee? The taste of the coffee again should be relatively similar between the two stores… But nope! Not the same. Yes, I know this is one of those first world problems… but still. Just disappointing. I don’t think I’m going to be deviating for a while…

Be careful to watch the change given back to you. Every time, I have had to call the cashier back over and explain to them my change was incorrect. This has happened enough times that I now use debit card instead of cash. Also, please check your order before you walk out of the business or pull away from the drive-thru window. I’ve had half a dozen donuts missing from my box and my cup of coffee was actually a cup of milk. They just tend to be going way too fast.
