I have been going here for almost a year now, and I’m very pleased with my progress. On your first visit, you have a consultation with one of the Chiropractors(I believe they have 4 now, but typically Dr Greene does the consult) to discuss any concerns, why you are there, etc. Which is very thorough. Then you have x rays and discuss the findings shortly after. They then give you a whole tour of the place, and go over why each thing is important. A visit consists of 3 different parts. A 25 minute massage(if your insurance covers it,) an adjustment, and«therapy.» Therapy is muscle stimulation with electrodes, and a traction bed, which feels odd but really does help. I actually see Dr Schubert who is always very thorough. He asks me what is bothering me, and sometimes even when I say nothing he finds something that I forgot was hurting, and adjusts it for me. He always remembers my name, and I have seen so much improvement, that I really don’t require much in my adjustments anymore. I used to have constant headaches, and back pain(which he reminds me is in part due to my high heels) but now I typically have him work on my sinuses and a small adjustment due to my sitting at a desk all day. I have had most of the massage therapists, but definitely have a favorite, which you can easily request from the ladies at the front(they seem to do it automatically, although sometimes things get changed.) You tell your massage therapist what is bothering you, and every time I leave feeling a million times better! And the ladies at the front are always so nice and helpful. I will miss getting to go once a week(a treatment plan works your way down from a few times a week to once a month) but currently I just look forward to my appointment every Wednesday!

I had my first visit here today, and was very pleasantly surprised. After filling out some paperwork, I was given a tour of the practice, and then met with the chiropractor. We visited for a while, and he asked(and answered) lots of questions. Then I was taken in for X-rays, which were developed on the spot and reviewed. The doctor came in to review the X-rays, and spent more time than I would have expected discussing with me. Though the actual adjustment took only a few minutes, but it was nice that I felt I understood what was being done, and why. Then I walked across the hall for a 25 minute massage. I have a very specific area that always bothers me, the area around my right shoulder blade. Amanda worked on that area for the full 25 minutes, and I was absolutely writhing in pain while she did, which showed me how badly I needed it. She offered to take it easy, but I asked her to keep it up, despite my squirming. I’ve had many massages in my life, most of them for relaxation. What I needed today was more than that, and that is exactly what I got. I can’t imagine anyone working any harder, even in the face of resistance, to make me feel better. I scheduled my next appointment for Monday and requested Amanda again.
