Nice place to eat at if you’re wanting to order soup and salad. I like the French Onion soup it’s delicious. The staff here at this Panera Bread location is very nice and friendly. I had an issue with my order being messed up but it was quickly fixed by the manager. Plenty of seating by the fireplace inside of the location and outside as well. I like seating inside next to the fire place it’s comfy when it’s cold here in Georgia. The atmosphere is great friendly staff and guest as well I know friendly staff above but wouldn’t hurt to say it again.

Great stuff here! Quality ingredients and fresh tasting! That broccoli cheddar soup I can never pass up, along with a nice fresh salad. The menu is filled with wonderful choices and dining in isn’t a bad idea either. Definitely stop on if you get a chance

I was so suprised at the wonton broth bowl. Excellent replacement for the soba noodle brothe bowl. With the hibiscus ginger iced tea, you cannot go wrong. The staff are super friendly. I wish they had real name tags though. Thanks allen and tabitha.

Every time I go to Panera, I have a pretty pleasant experience. The ingredients seem fresh, the food tastes good(other than the side baguette, which is harder than brick), and the service is fast + friendly. I had the Mediterranean Quinoa Salad with almond today – while the amount of quinoa in it was laughable(seriously, I swear my turtle ate more than that), it was vegan and fresh.

In general, I like Panera Bread. I respect their healthy approach to food, even if it does seem a bit preachy at times. The food usually tastes pretty good and the coffee is delicious. I would rate this location higher, but there are two problems. First off, the price. Although it’s not incredibly expensive, there just is not enough value for the price. You pay $ 10 to $ 12 for a salad and a drink. If you want a soup and salad, you’re looking at around $ 12 to $ 15. Granted you can find much more expensive food, I must remind myself that while this location is very nice and clean with modern décor, this is not exactly fine dining. Secondly, and to me the more off-putting of the two, the menu is seasonal, or so it seems. While I realize that some items like the butternut squash soup might truly be a seasonal item, the steak and blue cheese salad seems to come and go with no rhyme or reason. And now gone, possibly forever, is the fontina grilled cheese. I know Panera removed all non-natural items from the menu, but some of my favorite items seem to be casualties of this war against preservatives.

If it wasn’t for the fact I love their macaroni cheese a probably wouldn’t go there. I just spent 15 minutes in their drive through waiting for a macaroni cheese. When my husband managed to receive a full meal from steak and shake drive through in less than 5.

I can’t think of a time I’ve come here and been disappointed. I’m going to share one visit, where things could have gone bad and didn’t. I brought my active, spirited 5 year old son, and to make it short, he made himself completely at home. He rearranged furniture, stretched out and«relaxed» in between running to the counter asking many questions. Everyone was so kind, polite and had the patience of a saint. Thankfully, I can say that they treated him like a good and valued customer, even though he is 5 and could try anyone’s nerves. He’s a sweet little guy and loves Panera as much as I do, largely because of the staff, and maybe the great cookies ;)

Always interesting and flavorful items on the menu. choices are healthy so you can splurge on a bakery item. Staff is friendly. There is sometimes a wait, but it’s usually worth it.

Good sandwiches. I had the tuna on French bread and it was so fresh and delicious. I also signed up for their emails and I received a free pastry. The establishment is always full, but that’s ok it’s worth the wait.

I’ll make this short and sweet. Sometime last year, I ordered a chicken salad and they forgot to put the chicken in the salad, fast forward to last month, I ordered the Mediterranean Shrimp Couscous salad, in both the salads there was a piece of bacon which I ate and I am not supposed to, now imagine if someone was allergic to an ingredient and it was in there. I decided to give them another chance and guess what, got the Mediterranean Shrimp Couscous salad and they forgot the shrimp. I mean who are these people making the orders, I and know I cannot be the only customer who is having issues like this with them. Enough is enough. Hire more competent people and the managers need to be doing a little better than this. I am done with the them. And Customer Service is no help in this company, all they try to do is give people Gift Certificates, to shut people up instead of dealing with the problem at hand.

I like panera in theory — relatively healthy, easy fast food is a rarity around here — but this location has managed to get something wrong each of the three times I’ve been here. Tonight I ordered a chicken cobb salad takeout and was so sad to discover no chicken OR avocado on there when I got it home. Get it together panera!

Panera, oh Panera, why do you make me stop in everytime I pass by? I’ve been a faithful Panera fan since they started to open on the East Coast and have spent many a day back in the day when I was an undergrad drinking free coffee refills and using the wifi while hammering away at various assignments. I am more apt to stop here for a latte than Starbucks(shhhh, don’t tell anyone, I used to be a barista!), but that’s only because the latte of my soul is a caramel latte and Panera uses actual caramel and not syrup. The baked goods and pastries are delicious here. There is nothing like a savory asiago cheese bagel or a delightfully sweet cinnamon crunch bagel to start the day or a shortbread cookie on the way home from work. The soups, sandwiches, and pasta dishes are great too, but sometimes you need to do some trial and error to see which ones are actually worth some of the advertised prices. This location has great staff and the drive-thru is very accurate and surprisingly quick as well. But, just as in any other drive thru, make sure you check your order before you leave!

So I know this is a most loved sandwich spot since Atlanta Bread Company lost its coolness. Well, I went here with a girlfriend expecting the best. Décor was nice. Decided on the Spinach Power salad(Fresh baby spinach, roasted mushrooms and onion blend, diced eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, frizzled onions & smoky Vidalia® onion vinaigrette) and French Onion soup. The Super Spinach salad was ok. Soup was ok. Cold salad(I thought the roasted mushrooms would be warm and the bacon room temp? It seemed like the salad material were refrigerated and made to order without heating anything. Sigh. I guess. I ordered the Cinnamon Cake for my husband and it was actually pretty decent. I would’ve given Panera 2.8 for that. I will try another dish before I file it away in the«overrated» category.

First try at this location. First of all, as the name would indicate, the bread is good. At least the bread that came with the Creamy chicken and rice soup was. It had a nice crust, was chewy and inside was nice and soft. The soup was good as well. Not salty or too thick and flavor was not overpowering like a lot of cream soups. The sandwich was a Café Turkey, had ample meat, and was fresh tasting. The only critiques here were that the tomato was from the very end of the tomato and small. I like a little zest in my mustard and what they called spicy mustard was more like a bland mayo mix. The iced tea was weak and I mixed sweet/unsweet as most are usually too sweet. The sweet tea straight up was just about perfect but still light on tea. Definitely nice to see more upscale sandwich shops coming in to town and I will definitely return for more. Now if we could only get a good Italian and seafood place

Overpriced for what you get, felt like i was paying for the atmosphere more than the food. The food was ok. I give my dinner 2 stars(my panini did have much stuff in it at all) expensive for about $ 9 with a small back of chips. My wife had a soup salad combo, hers was a better portion and better flavor. The cookie we had we very good!
