And instead of doing what is Right they use their «Positions» to Bully Corporations to pursue cases even after they have «Reviewed» evidence and wish to Drop Any Criminal Charges they initially thought Criminal.
Officer Kathy Barrios is Not Professional In Manner or Presentation and while being busy persecuting an Innocent Person even after Evidence Proved otherwise, Her «Ego» stood before doing what was «Right» and at My Expense. «Literally».
