If no stars were an option I would have gone with that. After referring multiple people to this practice I have realized how sneaky this office really is. The staff is very UNFRIENDLY and their hidden fees are not acceptable for any business. My husband was told at his first appointment that his health insurance covers 18 visits after two $ 50 co-​pays. After each visit he asked the staff if he owes anything and was told no. Now after 5 – 6 months he was told he has an outstanding balance of $ 120. Why now after this balance has accumulated is he being told this? When I asked the lady why we never were billed or asked to pay any additional charges she replied with «they don’t bill.» If this co-​insurance was disclosed up front my husband wouldn’t have gone to the office for treatment 2 – 3 times a week.
I believe this office is sneaky and very rude. I called to leave a message for the owner and the rude billing lady I just spoke to returned my call-​unprofessional.
It’s funny seeing a review prior in 2014 about the same issues. You would think Greco would have changed something like the response under that review indicated the office was going to do.
I am wondering If I will get a returned call…

This place is the THE PLACE. they do it all-​X-​rays, adjustments, physical therapy, foot scans, massages… The staff is great, doctors are amazing and if you get a massage – ask for Patty. She is gifted. They helped me with neck pain a few years back and I have never left. Courteous staff, clean and pleasant office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The doctors are very good but the front office although pleasant does not do a good job of explaining the fees, packages and use of insurance. I was very confused as to whether or not to use my insurance since I have a high co-​pay and the was not explained very well to me. The package they offer was also not explained properly. It was a lot of fast talking and please sign here and before I knew it they had me scheduled for 20 appointments although my package that I signed up for only covered 12 of them. Don’t think I’d go back there again for this reason.
I’ve been to other chiropractors offices that were much more up front with everything than this place is. Very disappointed.
