My main issue with the storage company is that they raise the rates every single chance they get. You sign up with a low rate (Mine was $ 209 monthly for the unit) and now it is $ 254 a year later. I am not getting any extra space, they have always been paid on time, etc. They just jack up the rates every few months, which I think is ridiculous. They bring customers in at the same low rate I paid, but then as months go on, they increase it. Definitely look for a different company to rent space from.

It is close to my home so in that aspect it is great. I think they purposely gave me the last most furthest away from any entrance of elevator unit there could possibly be and for just 4 dollars more a month I can move my belongings to less then 300 feet from my home and on the first floor near the doors, no waiting for the elevator, no long musky halls, and no heavy doors to fight to get through pulling your stuff on a cart. So that is our plan.
The employees are friendly, the gate has been broke and see no sign in it being repaired and the long winding halls with doors that weigh a ton make it not the greatest place to rent from but I am sure it is not the worst.
