If you just want to hit a bucket of balls to work on the mechanics of your swing then this is the place to be because that’s about all you can do. The entire range is nothing but sand and unappealing to the eye unless you hit it to the left or right which will put it in an area of trees. It would be very difficult to see how well the ball will carry on land since it stops dead from hitting soft sand. The cost is $ 7.50 for large bucket and the mats are in ok condition. Some look new and the rest looked really run down. The grass practice area is not open every day which is disappointing.

Great place for the hack to go and hit a few balls. They’ve got your bare-bones necessities, which is more than adequate if the golfing urge strikes. About 10 stalls with roofs, and a few more in a full enclosure, plus a 4-cup Astroturf putting green is all there is to this place. A large bucket of balls is $ 7.50 and they have an OK selection of clubs, but you might be left with a limited selection if you get there at a peak time. They’re open(if I remember correctly) 9 – 7 every day. Perhaps even cooler(or sketchy, depending on your view) is that they have a mini-hot dog maker inside with a bag of store-bought buns, ketchup and mustard. I didn’t have one, but it filled me with a warm feeling of impending summer-time.
