I had ordered flowers for a friend that was going through a difficult time during one of their busiest times of the year — Valentine’s day. The woman who worked there called me the morning of delivery to make sure that my friend would be home because they could not leave the flowers at the door due to the freezing temperatures. I assured her that she would be home… then I get a second call a while later saying that nobody is answering the door and they would wait if she was going to be home in a few minutes. I felt awful because as it turns out, my friend would not be home for a few hours. I informed the lady over at the florist and she said they would temporarily bring the flowers back to the store and return to deliver them later that day. I even told her that she could have them delivered the following day if necessary. She assured me that they would get them delivered that day as scheduled. Sure enough, I get a text a few hours later from my friend thanking me for the lovely flowers. I truly appreciated the customer service and would highly recommend this florist.
