It seems like there are a ton of Chinese restaurants around, but most of them are of low quality. Chang Ying, hands down, is the best Chinese food in the East Fishkill/​Hopewell Junction area.

This is my favorite Chinese food in Dutchess County. Their shrimp fried rice is amazing! The crab rangoons are also great, as well as their garlic chicken. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Can you give zero stars??? Horrible mistake stopping to try this place. Ordered dim sum and house lo me in. Dim sum tasted gross and smelled like dog food. Lo me in had imitation crab in it and what I think may have been calamari. I would not recommend this place.

One of the better Chinese takeout restaurants around. I recommend the teriyaki chicken sticks appetizer paired with some white rice. They have a friendly staff and service is quick!

Chicken brocoli is yummi and so are the dumplings! We order from here at least twice a month and never had a problem.

The food taste great. I used to drive 20 minutes to pick up food from this Resturant. My problem is that out of the 10 times I ordered food from there. I found hair in three orders. Specially the sesame chicken. Good food but dirty as hell.

Great food, we go out of our way and pass by 2 other places on the way there just to get these guys. Well worth it.
