This place was recommended by a friend. It was time I needed to get my nails done. I never do regular mani I always get uv gel and tips which is actually very expensive for regular day wear. But coming here was by far the best choice ever!!! The price was so cheap and it was so affordable! The people there were extremely friendly and my nails look amazing afterwards!!! I will defiantly come back here and I highly recommend coming here!

I used to constantly switch where I got my nails done… until I discovered Fashion Nail. This is by far the most consistent place I have ever encountered for manicures and pedicures. They do an amazing job on my cuticles which is really important to me and I have never had a sloppy paint job.
I go to whoever is available as I have found just about everyone who works there to be great. Regular Manicure is $ 6 and gel is $ 20…who would have ever thought the cheapest place would be the best. I have been going there for about 6 years and have received gift certificates for other places and don’t even bother using them.
Basic pedicure is $ 12
They have different levels of spa pedicures.

The ladies and gentlemen over at Fashion Nail are the best! Gel manicures are only $ 20 and I can spoil myself with them and not feel guilty. I go every 2 – 3 weeks to get my gel manicure re-​done and a pedicure. (Tip: if you get a gel manicure use the OPI polish, not the Perfect Match, it lasts longer). The place gets pretty packed so try and go at off-​times. I usually run there right at 5pm on a weekday after work and I get seated right away every time.

My mom only goes to Fashion Nail for her special gel manicure. She either goes to Sammy or Jojo.
I particularly don’t care for it and only go if my Mom is going.
I got a gel manicure & pedicure there in June for a special occasion. It had bumps in both. I was very disappointed because I didn’t have time to go back and ask to have it redone.
I recently gave them a second chance while home for a weekend and my gel manicure didn’t last nearly as long as the one from my normal place. It chipped so easily and kept looking matte.

The service was amazing and I just love how my nails came out! It comes out just the way I like it and best of all it’s not even that expensive. I have been religiously coming back here every week.

TERRIBLE color gel manicure. Applied WAY too thickly. Manicure chipped on my thumb the 3^rd day and started lifting the 4^th day. So much for two week manicure!!! Rushed job… my regular polish manicures at Mimi nails in Bayside last LONGER (average of 5 days before first chip) than the gel manicure I paid three times more for from Fashion Nails. AVOID.

I’m the pickiest person on the planet when it comes to my nails. The slightest unevenness or imperfection will make me crazy. I’ve been going here for about 5 years now, and it’s easily the best nail salon I’ve ever tried. Even when I was living all the way out on LI, I would travel to Wantagh to get my nails done. I do the UV gel pink and white and it’s perfection. Full set is expensive $ 80 I think? But the double fill is only $ 40 and the nails last so long and look so good it’s totally worth it. I get a double fill every time, no single fills, because I like a big white and I only go to Jennifer or Jojo. They are the best! I am super hard on my nails, but I rarely get any lifting or broken nails. Also I go at least ⁵⁄₆ weeks in between fills so I really can’t complain that it takes an hour and 15 minutes for my double fill. I’m loyal– this place is the best! The techs really know how to do perfect nails.

Do not go here!!! I’m shocked at how rude they were. There are always bubbles in the manicure and they claim it is not bubbles. My last experience has made me decide to never go there again. I went to have a regular French manicure on my natural nails. The woman used the filing machine that is normally used to file fake nails. They had never used that on me before. She filed so low that when the nails started to grow out there was a line/​gash through every nail that almost went down to the nail bed. I went to them to show them that my nails were destroyed, hoping for them to say that it should not have happened and to apologize. Instead the owner told me that I must have had fake nails on and took them off to get my nails to look like that. I explained that I never had fake nails and that she filed my real nails down too low. He told me I was lying!!! He did not apologize and did not care. He repeatedly implied that I was lying and that I had fake nails. Why would I lie about this?!? He made me look like a fool and essentially called me a liar. He was rude and had no respect. I will never go there again!

Staff is super friendly and Jennifer gave the best massage I’ve ever had. I was in heaven! I had the blueberry blast pedicure and it smelled like blueberry pie. So yummy and relaxing. Their massage chairs are great too! :)

Stopped in here for a manicure with my mother-​in law the other day, and had a fun and quick manicure. As always, was surprised about the cheap prices for nail stuff here in New York (versus in Colorado) — $ 6 for a manicure?! $ 14 for a pedicure?! Holy Moly.
The service was done quickly — I was in and out in 20 minutes, and my MIL had a pedicure, and was done within 30. Not a lot of fluff and thrills here, but good solid work. It’s been 3 days and my manicure hasn’t chipped yet — a miracle for me. Lots of color selection, which meant I ended up with a fun shimmery teal.
Make sure to make an appointment — it was ridiculously crowded on a Saturday morning, but that makes sense, given the quality of the work and the affordability of the prices. I’ll be back next time I visit Long Island.
