Wow. Just wow. Hannah called me to check up on my rash and make sure I was OK. She gave me some advice and some things to think about next time around. Hopefully I won’t need to do another round of fertility meds. :D

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. Their customer service people are polite, positive, and professional. I have filled out a refill request and the received by medications the very next morning. I has been a pleasure working with Village.

Please be careful. This place had a recall on progesterone for mysterious reasons. They did not explain it and instead sent a cryptic email to us at 10:30pm on Saturday night with a hotline number. The next morning no one answered the phone and after leaving a message we were contacted by a company from Indiana that specializes in damage control for pharmaceutical recalls. Apparently some unknown particulate matter was found in the medicine. We still don’t know how this will effect us. Obviously very unpleasant after going through fertility treatment.
I would stay away from this unprofessional company — the stakes are simply to high to mess up like this.
