The Rothfeld Center

The Staff and Beth Galan are wonderful. I was sick for thirty years and now after testing and supplementing, I have never felt as good since I was a teenager. Still some things to tweak, but what a life changing experience. Thank you Beth Galan for giving me my life back!

I have had a great experience. I realized my daughter has Bartonella just as our primary care was closing shop. Rothfeld went the extra mile to find an appt. for us very quickly and convenient for us in their Plymouth office. We saw nurse practitioner Susan Tershak who was extremely thorough and spent the time necessary to do a full exam (over an hour). I thought the cost was extremely fair and they were very knowledgeable. FYI — I asked a conventional doc who is an acquaintance about her Bartonella and she had never heard of it! We NEED resources like the Rothfeld Center!

If you are thinking of bringing your care to the Rothfeld Center, I urge you to RECONSIDER. Words could not describe how appalling the care is here, from my personal experience: failure to respond to patient’s urgent concerns and questions about their health care, dropping patient in highest time of need without concern or regard for health or wellbeing, charging FOUR times what patient was told and agreed upon to credit card, rude and disrespectful staff, complete disregard for real concerns of patient’s, inability to connect directly with doctor, flat out misrepresentation of skills and «interests» of medical staff, failure to submit costs to insurance company causing patient to pay for initial visit entirely out of pocket even after repeated assurances that it would be covered by insurance ($ 250). i had an appointment with beth gala for my lyme disease. i was actually 5 minutes late so she refused to see me knowing how sick i was. the office staff was extremely rude an unprofessional. would not recommend to anyone.
