Tuesday I did a coffee run for my office. Lucky for me that meant 6 coffee orders with 5 different cards and cash. I always get nervous when making separate order. The girl ringing me up was very patient and got all my drinks and names right! I just wished I knew her name she was very sweet and didn’t feel overwhelmed with my long order like others do. I will definitely be coming back and hope that during my next coffee run she is working!

This is literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. To top it off they’ve made it a habit of serving cappuccinos without espresso. It’s a disappointment, I’d love to see them get their act together. It just doesn’t seem like that will be the case.

Whenever I come to this location after 5 o’clock they are consistently out of 95% of food products. I’ve spoken with the management on multiple occasions but they don’t seem to have a grasp on how much food to order for the number of people who are served. The baristas just tell me you want our most popular items. Well if those are the most popular items, wouldn’t it make sense to order more?

The Starbucks literally never has any grilled cheese in stock. Doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of week. Edit: apparently this sandwich was discontinued but whoever was serving us tonight didn’t know.

I like the fact when u purchase any kind of coffee cup or mug. That u get a discount when u return for a refill. I love Starbucks anyways. Beats Dunkin Donuts.

I’ve gotta give credit where it’s due — they’ve stepped up their game. I can’t speak to the service inside because I only ever go through the drive-thru at this location, but the wait time is significantly less now. I used to pull up and have 4 – 6 cars ahead of me, now it’s only 1 or 2. Everything seems to move A LOT faster. Keep up the good work!

Im a starbucks addict and to be frank i havn’t experienced a difference in taste of the drinks anywhere but this location. The people here dont know how to make drinks and usually they are out of seasonal flavors in frappuccino. And when sometimes they do have the flavors, the taste is not that great and usually has something missing. Also the wait for the drive thru takes a hell lot of time for just one drink even when theres not much rush. I’m highly disappointed with the service and the quality here and would probably never get anything from here.

I am a Starbucks addict and was beyond excited when this location opened. I’ve been there several times, each time hoping that the service and the drinks would improve. They have not. My favorite drink in the winter is the Caramel Brulee. I go to the Starbucks near my work, at the Sudbury Plaza, almost daily when the Caramel Brulee is back. I’ve ordered it a few times at this location, and they did not taste like Caramel Brulee. It has always been either too bitter, too sweet, and one time I’m quite sure they made a different drink entirely. The wait is ridiculous at times – I was waiting for a caramel macchiato for 15 minutes one time and there was no one else placing an order or waiting for their drink. I hope they get their act together. Maybe they should send their employees to observe how other Starbucks’ operate.

It is so nice to have a drive thru Starbucks! I have to wake up early for my job, so it’s such a time saver! The staff are friendly… The one thing I would say negatively is the drinks are not consistently well executed and sometimes the wait can be a while– especially when one is in a hurry.

This is my second visit. They are always painfully slow and seem very annoyed at customers. I have never been to a Starbucks where people don’t TRY to be nice. Especially when I am nice to them.

One of your workers is either ignorant or racist. I realize that baristas don’t always get customers names right, but my name is John(arguably one of the most common Anglo names ever) and I was taken down as Chan. ??? Since I’m Asian American, this is offensive to me and borders racial profiling. I won’t ever be going to this location again. Good grief.

OMG I did not know this place existed!!! I think it opened about a month ago when market basket opened which was the main reason I went here in the first place. I literally died when I saw this place not because I needed the caffeine badly but because it’s A DRIVETHROUGH!!! Sorry I’m from newton where drive thrus don’t exist and almost every starbucks has a line with with a complicated order as well has little to no parking(the one in Washington st newton-tiny!!) so I love that this has a drive thru so I can order get my coffee and go to work. The store inside has so many chairs and was pretty empty. People still don’t know this place exists! I wish this place was opened last year so I could have studied here.
