Lied about how far they go upstairs and lied about the machine weighing 400 pounds. Literally made half an excuse about the stairs and walked out saying «tough». They are lazy and wasted over an hour of our time. Also tossed cigarette butts all over our driveway. Avoid!

They are carpet wizards. We had serious stains from an old, incontinent cat, and from the younger cat deciding that she’d use those spots as well. We’ll see over time how the deodorizing dissuades the younger cat, but the discolorations are totally gone. And the workers showed up on time and were fast, friendly, and professional.

frankly, my expectations were low after getting quotes 3 – 4 times as high from (highly-rated) local providers. They didn’t go up when the guy showed up and I showed him an area of carpet that had been covered. «it won’t get clean enough to match that,» he said. I had to leave for an hour, and when I returned the van was gone.
Imagine my surprise when I looked at the area. Amazing job, even on the stairs that were especially sirty and stained. If I looked hard, I could see a difference between the cleaned area and the «index area,» but I had to look hard. Great job. Only gripe — he didn’t leave the receipt on the counter like he said he would.
