Horrible service ! I bought a pair of shorts for my husband for Christmas. They were supposed to be XXL, but instead, I got an XL and asked for a return. I sent the item back, but they NEVER REFUNDED ME ! I bought the item on EBAY and gave them a NEGATIVE. They had the nerve to request a cancellation of the entire transaction. I refused, since I still had not received my money back. I see now, that they went ahead and cancelled the transaction AS IF it never happened and then, took down the Negative review that I gave them. THEY SELL CHEAP CRAP FROM 3^rd WORLD COUNTRIES. The quality is horrible. RUN !!!

After leaving a negative review on Unilocal. This company banned me for bidding and purchasing on EBAY. Is it a BULLY?

I have been ordering a ton of items from them in the past and can only say that I have always received excellent service. Whenever there was a mistake it had been taken care of by Phoenix Trading Company in an efficient matter for me. Remember only whoever does not work does not make mistakes .it is all about how it gets resolved in case there is a mistake. So no complaints from me here in that matter. The only thing that I would like to see is a cap on domestic shipping charges for combined shipping but looking at item prices I guess it is still good value. :)

Sorry Marc, I stand by EVERY WORD of what I listed. That should be apparent by looking at every other one star review listed here.

Recently I tried to bid on a purse on Ebay listed by Phoenix Trading Co. I was blocked by them from bidding on their site. I haven’t purchased from them in years and there is no reason for me to be blocked. I emailed them about this and left a phone message. No one answers the phone for customer service during regular business hours.

BUYER BEWARE… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They advertised a Trish Mcevoy blouse on ebay and sent a different size then listed. I notified them and they apologized since it was their mistake I could return it. they emailed me a return label (WITH NO TRACKING BARCODE?) I contacted them and they said not to worry, that is the label they normally use? No tracking barcode so you get scammed and they say they didn’t receive it. I do have correspondence from them to protect me for what they said in writing. EBAY ALSO REMOVED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW to protect the seller?
Now, I cannot contact PT via email or phone, they blocked me to get my money back, after mailing it back. EBAY AND PAYPAL WERE USELESS TO ME, they protect the seller it takes a long time for you to get reimbursed. Instead I contacted my credit card company and after I get my refund I am done with ebay and paypal, I will close my accounts. Done with all of these scammers. PHOENIX TRADING COMPANY (IT IS CALLED THEFT BY DECEPTION)
An update ³⁄₁₁ I am still fighting to get my money back. I contacted the Trish Mcevoy company via email and told them her blouses are being sold on ebay. Within 10 minutes of me writing to them I received a phone call and they were very interested in what I had to say. They thanked me for calling them and I was told they do not sell the blouses on on ebay. They are going to investigate PTC

Horrible, service and communication. Don’t waste your money here. I purchased items through eBay which I hardly ever do, and forgot to update my address. I contacted them and asked could they send my item to the updated address and they refused. I reached out to them multiple times BEFORE THE ITEM SHIPPED. Now I ordered 6 items on the same day and everyone had no problem correcting the address except these people. Seeing as how my item HAD NOT SHIPPED I said just cancel my order and give me a refund. They refused and knowingly sent my item to the wrong location. Save your money and buy from people who aren’t Axx Holes. Good thing I had a feeling they would do this. I’ve already contacted Pay Pal and my Credit Card for a charge back.
