NO, we would NOT hire this company again.

I am a project manager for a design build firm in Newton. We have installed dozens of HVAC systems for clients in the area.
We received exceptional service and attention while Lincoln prepared job quotes for us, but we consistently had issues relating to the performance of the systems. This ranged from poorly balanced systems (one room is very cold while another is very hot, because vents were sized improperly) to completely unreliable systems that failed on a regular basis.
On top of this, a billing discrepancy arose in which our firm inadvertently overpaid $ 8,000 to Lincoln Mechanical. They acknowledged the error, paid us back $ 4000, and then stopped returning our calls, including our requests for service on problems with jobs which were still under warranty.
We work with dozens of contractors on a week to week basis, and Lincoln Mechanical has turned out to be one of the worst we have ever encountered. Their work is unreliable and they owe us thousands.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
